Reduction of partical emissions, odour emission and static electricity by inonisation. its Industrial Technical Supplies BV represents the Aircode™ products in the Benelux countries. The Aircode™ products supply the indoor air with negative ions through cold plasma reduction. The equipment is using only little energy and reduces dust emissions and odours by generating negative ions. It makes working in manufacturing plants or stores, where used to be a heavy smell of odour (for example polyester manufacturing plants or stores of plastic articles), pleasant and safe again. Also in painting workshops we obtained remarkable results with the Aircode™ equipment. Employees are enthusiastic about the improved air quality.

Reduction of dust emission is very important with regards to personal health. The ionization makes that the number of particles per cubic meter of bacteria, asthmatic and allergic materials will be reduced to a minimum.
Regarding odours the main issue is to reduce the smell to an absolute minimum.
Reducing static electricity is used in production processes where static electricity causes errors and malfunctioning ending up in loss of production. Also danger of explosions due to static electricity is reduced by using the Aircode™ equipment.
The equipment can be installed easily in existing air conditioning units or air treatment facilities. If not than we can supply new air ducting in your plant or office. The system requires no big air volumes to be transported and is therefore consuming only little amounts of energy. That is why the return of investment is very good.
